4. PAYMENTS & FEES

After final delivery:

Clients receive access to completed deliverables according to the agreement.
Any future updates, maintenance, or additional features may be provided under a separate agreement.

6. SEO & DIGITAL MARKETING RESULTS

Xperlet uses professional strategies to improve online visibility and business growth. However:

SEO rankings and advertising performance depend on multiple factors.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, sales numbers, or revenue outcomes.
Results may vary depending on industry competition, budget, website quality, and market conditions.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate project information.
Provide necessary access and resources.
Review and approve work within reasonable timeframes.
Ensure provided content does not violate copyright, trademark, or legal requirements.

Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect project timelines.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Upon full payment, ownership rights of final approved deliverables will be transferred according to the project agreement.

Xperlet retains the right to:

Display completed projects in our portfolio unless confidentiality is requested.
